Abstract:
The preset invention relates to a diagnostic device for an input and output module of a triple modular redundancy system, and more particularly, to diagnosing the integrity of the input and output module by receiving a result value of a signal which is applied to the triple modular redundancy system through a data cable and outputting a state thereof. One embodiment of the present invention comprises: a power input unit configured to receive external power and to apply a driving power; an input and output terminal unit connected to an input and output module of a triple modular redundancy system to input and output a predetermined voltage; a relay unit configured to apply a constant voltage to the input and output module of the triple modular redundancy system; a main control unit configured to control input and output signals of the input and output terminal unit and relay unit; and a communication transformation unit for a dynamic data exchange with the triple modular redundancy system. According to the present invention, it is possible to accurately and quickly diagnose the integrity of the input and output module in the triple modular redundancy system and thus to rapidly identify whether or not failure has occurred, so that serious errors, including a system stop and so on, can be prevented from occurring.
