Abstract:

Disclosed is a diagnostic device for a power supply system. The power supply system comprises a battery assembly and at least one contactor. Each of the contactors is configured to selectively open and close a power supply path between the battery assembly and a load. The diagnostic device is configured such that while one of a first diagnostic function for determining whether or not the battery assembly is short-circuited or a second diagnostic function for determining whether or not the at least one contactor is short-circuited is executed, the remaining one also can be executed.
