Abstract:
The present invention relates to a molecular biological composition, kit, and diagnostic method for diagnosing Alzheimer's disease dementia by measuring the methylation level of CpG sites in the promoter of the ATPase secretory pathway Ca2+ transporting 1 (ATP2C1) gene. The present invention has the advantages of being simple, non-invasive, and economical.
