Abstract:
The present invention is a system which supports assessments of workflow step items, based on a workflow, by: associating information of a workflow which is a sequence of medicine-related tasks, and information of each step of the workflow, together with medical information, and storing same in a medical information database; using the medical information database to classify the workflow steps into areas which have medicine-related tasks in common; generating workflow step items, said workflow step items further comprising parent-child tags, which identify parent departments which issue requests and child departments which receive requests, and medical information; computing workflow step assessment values, which are assessment values of the workflow step items based on clinical indices of the workflow; and displaying the workflow step assessment values on a screen.
