Abstract:
This diagnostic system comprises a segmenting means that divides the operating time of a compressor into sampling segments, a calculation means that calculates a frequency component of a physical quantity during compressor operation for each sampling segment divided by the segmenting means, an arrangement means that aligns the frequency components calculated by the calculation means for every time sequence and creates a mapped component pattern, a determination means that determines a difference between the component pattern created by the arrangement means and a reference pattern, and an alarm means that sounds an alarm when the difference between the component pattern and the reference pattern determined by the determination means exceeds a threshold value.
