Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to make it possible to perform various dialogs while limiting the amount of description of dialog scenarios. A knowledge transition unit 120 determines a next knowledge on the basis of: a knowledge base 130 which expresses knowledge regarding speech by attaching, to knowledge with respect to each speech, a relationship label indicating the relationship between knowledges; a user speech; current knowledge; and dialog scenarios including a basic scenario defining a method of transition between the knowledges of the knowledge base using the relationship label. A speech generation unit 150 generates a system speech on the basis of the next knowledge.
