Abstract:
This diamond-coated tool is characterized by comprising a base and a diamond layer that covers the surface of the base, and is also characterized in that the diamond layer contains diamond, from 1.0 × 1018 atoms/cm3 to 1.0 × 1022 atoms/cm3 of boron, and from 1.0 × 1017 atoms/cm3 to 1.0 × 1021 atoms/cm3 of nitrogen.
