Abstract:
A diamond wire saw capable of preventing string beads from rotating, the wire saw comprising a steel wire rope (1) and a plurality of diamond string beads (2) strung on the steel wire rope (1). Each diamond string bead (2) comprises a base body pipe (20) arranged on the steel wire rope (1) in a sleeved manner, and a diamond working layer (21) arranged on a peripheral face of the base body pipe (20), wherein the base body pipe (20) comprises a working section (201) located in the middle and fixing sections (202) located at two ends, and the diamond working layer (21) is fixed on an outer peripheral surface of the working section (201); a peripheral wall of each fixing section (202) is provided with a notch portion (203), and the notch portion (203) is concavely arranged, from a free end surface of the fixing section (202), in an axial direction; and a plastic body (3) is wrapped around the steel wire rope (1) exposed between two adjacent diamond string beads (2), and the plastic body (3) extends into the notch portion (203). The plastic body forms a blocking structure on the fixing section of the base body pipe, such that the rotation prevention capability of the diamond string beads is greatly enhanced, and the service life of the diamond wire saw is ensured.
