Abstract:
Provided is a diamond woodworking saw blade having welded single crystals; diamond single crystals are directly welded onto a steel substrate to form main teeth and auxiliary teeth; the blade head does not slip off during cutting and is capable of cutting materials that have nails. The product has no additional blade heads, there is absolutely no slipping-off of the blade head during cutting, and the product is safe and reliable. Silver-copper-based welding powder has a low melting point and good fluidity, and alloys thereof are high-plasticity alloys; the process of slowly reducing the temperature and cooling after welding allows for the full release of stress, preventing cracking. Furthermore, owing to the addition of titanium and chromium, a film of TiC and CrC may be formed on the surface of the diamond under high temperature, protecting the diamond from burning under a high temperature; the interface table for binding chromium and the steel substrate forms a (FexCry)C thin layer; the alloy combination strength of the diamond layer and the steel substrate is enhanced, resulting in sufficient gripping force on the diamond particles such that the diamond does not slip off during cutting operations.
