Abstract:
[PROBLEMS] To provide a diaper holder by which the leakage of waste including
feces and urine can be prevented and which can be easily handled, thereby easing
burden on caregivers, nurses and so on. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] A disposable
diaper holder (17) to be provided around a diaper cup (2) which is wrapped around
the excretion organ of the human body and connected to a supply/discharge member
such as a waste-suction device (13). The diaper holder (17) has an opening (17b)
through which a supply/discharge means comprising the supply/discharge member
and the connection to the diaper cup can be inserted. When the waste leaks from
the diaper cup due to, for example, user’s turn, an absorbent (17c) in
the diaper older (17) absorbs the waste. Owing to this constitution, the leakage
of the waste from the diaper holder can be prevented. Thus, the waste-treating
procedure by caregivers, nurses and so on becomes unnecessary and the diaper
holder (17) can be easily handled.
