Abstract:
A diaphragm (3) is affixed by an affixation structure (4) to a case (2) having a space (20) formed therein, the diaphragm (3) partitioning the space (20) into a first chamber (21) and a second chamber (22). The case (2) comprises: a first frame (5) having a first recess (50) for forming the first chamber (21) side; and a second frame (6) having a second recess (60) for forming the second chamber (22) side. The first frame (5) and the second frame (6) are fitted to each other, and thereby the peripheral edge (32) of the diaphragm (3) is compressed and retained between the first frame (5) and the second frame (6). The first frame (5) has a first engagement section (52) which, when the first and second frames (5, 6) are fitted to each other, retains the second frame (6) so that the second frame (6) does not come out.
