Abstract:
In the present invention the rim sections of a pair of diaphragms are mutually overlapping. The rim sections of the pair of diaphragms form an outer peripheral end section of a diaphragm damper. The outer peripheral end section is continuously sealed and bonded by laser welding, along the entire perimeter of the outer peripheral end section. The thickness of the tip of the outer peripheral end section is set so as to correspond to the spot diameter of the laser light at the tip of the outer peripheral end section. A welding bead is formed along the entire area of the tip of the outer peripheral end section, by welding.
