Provided is a diaphragm forming die, characterized by comprising a base body and a surround forming portion arranged on the base body. The surround forming portion comprises first edge portions and second edge portions, wherein two ends of the second edge portions are respectively connected to the first edge portions; and the height of the middle portion of each of the first edge portions relative to the base body is greater than that of two ends, connected to corner portions, of the first edge portion relative to the base body. The height of the middle portion of each of the first edge portions of the surround forming portion relative to the base body is configured to be greater than that of the two ends of the first edge portion relative to the base body, such that for a diaphragm material with a greater shrinkage rate, after the diaphragm material shrinks, the height of two ends of a formed surround edge portion can equal that of the middle portion of the edge portion. A diaphragm formed by the diaphragm forming die in the present embodiment has a better pure tone, a more symmetrical amplitude and a better performance.
