The present invention relates to the technical field of electroacoustic products. Disclosed are a diaphragm and a micro speaker provided with the same. The diaphragm comprises a central portion, a ring portion, and a fixing portion which are sequentially connected from inside to outside. The ring portion includes patterns arranged therein. In a frontal projection plane of the diaphragm, the patterns include one or more first patterns arranged at an inner side of the ring portion close to the central portion and one or more second patterns arranged at an outer side of the ring portion close to the fixing portion. Both the first patterns and the second patterns are distributed radially and are crescent-shaped. In the diaphragm and the micro speaker provided with the same, the diaphragm oscillates stably, has high compliance and fatigue resistance, and is less likely to form creases thereon. Accordingly, the micro speaker has high sensitivity, less distortion and a large reliability margin.
