Abstract:
A main pump 1 is provided with a first head holder 11, a second head holder 12, and a diaphragm 13 having a peripheral edge section 13a that is sandwiched between the first head holder 11 and the second head holder 12, wherein pressure in an internal space is altered and a fluid is transferred from an inflow port to an outflow port by the reciprocal motion of a middle section 13b of the diaphragm in the thickness direction. A sandwiching surface 111, which sandwiches the peripheral edge section 13a of the diaphragm in the first head holder 11, is provided with a first protrusion 112, a sandwiching surface 121, which sandwiches the peripheral edge section 13a of the diaphragm in the second head holder 12, is provided with a second protrusion 122, and the first protrusion 112 and the second protrusion 122 are disposed in positions offset from each other in the radial direction of the diaphragm 13.
