Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are a diaphragm of a sound production device and a preparation method therefor, and a sound production device. The diaphragm comprises at least one vulcanized rubber layer; the vulcanized rubber layer is prepared from a rubber compound by means of gas explosion molding, and ultraviolet irradiation crosslinking is performed in the gas explosion molding; raw materials of the rubber compound comprise: crude rubber, a photoinitiator, and a filler reinforcing agent. According to the present invention, a vulcanized rubber diaphragm is prepared by combining gas explosion molding and ultraviolet irradiation crosslinking and curing processes, so that crosslinking reaction can be achieved at room temperature, thereby reducing the requirements for temperature and pressure, decreasing energy consumption, reducing production cost, and significantly improving molding efficiency. The problem that the single-layer vulcanize drubber diaphragm is difficult to demould during the molding process is ameliorated, and warping deformation of diaphragm products is reduced. The present invention does not require the addition of a vulcanizing agent, the problem in conventional vulcanizing processes of non-uniform cross-linking bonds due to non-uniform vulcanizing agent is avoided, energy conservation and environmental protection are achieved, no pollution is caused to the environment, and the comprehensive performance of vulcanized rubber is better.
