Abstract:
This diaphragm is fabricated by bonding a first layer and a second layer together. When doing so, a third material that differs from the materials constituting the first and second layers is sandwiched therebetween. This makes it possible to fabricate a diaphragm that has a peak at a specific frequency in the frequency characteristics thereof.
