Abstract:
In the present invention, a diaphragm-type actuator for driving an operating rod in the axial direction has a configuration provided with: a diaphragm linked to an operating rod; a low pressure chamber adjacent to the one axial end side of the diaphragm; a high pressure chamber adjacent to the other axial end side of the diaphragm; a return spring that is provided in the low pressure chamber and that biases the diaphragm to the high pressure chamber side; and a retainer that is provided on a surface of the diaphragm on the high pressure chamber side. An elastic member is disposed inside the high pressure chamber, and the elastic member is disposed between the retainer and a wall surface facing the retainer in the axial direction.
