Abstract:
Provided is a diaphragm valve having a reduced amount of stem shaft wobbling. This diaphragm is characterized by having: a valve body (16) having liquid flow passages (16a, 16b) therein and having a diaphragm arrangement part (16d) on one surface thereof; a diaphragm (17) disposed on the diaphragm arrangement part (16d) and capable of adjusting the opening/closing and opening degree of each of the flow passages by elastically deforming; and a driving part (12) having a stem (8) which presses the diaphragm (17) to elastically deform the diaphragm and having an actuator (2) that drives the stem (8), wherein the stem (8) is held by a bonnet (10) so as to be axially displaceable via a resin sleeve (15), the bonnet (10) being fixed to the valve body (16) side.
