Abstract:
Disclosed is a diaphragm valve capable of handling an ultra-high temperature environment, improving external leak performance and reliability, and contributing to the implementation of emission-free. The valve is equipped with: a valve body (11) in which an inflow passage (11a) and an outflow passage (11b) for a pressure gas are formed; a first diaphragm (12) arranged opposing a valve seat (11c) formed at the exit of the inflow passage (11a); a stem (13) one end of which is arranged opposing the valve seat (11c) with the first diaphragm (12) interposed therebetween; a bonnet (14) that slidably holds the stem (13); a second diaphragm (15) arranged opposing the other end of the stem (13); an operating gas chamber (16) that is formed at the back side of the second diaphragm (15) and that changes internal pressure to cause the stem (13) to slide, opening/closing the valve seat (11c) by means of the first diaphragm (12); and a vent chamber (17) that is isolated from each flow passage (11a, 11b) and the operating gas chamber (16) by means of the first and second diaphragms (12, 15).
