Abstract:
Provided is a diaphragm valve configured so that the flow rate thereof can be increased and so that a variation can be reduced. A diaphragm valve (1) is configured in such a manner that fluid having flowed into a fluid inlet passage (2a) is conducted to a fluid outlet passage (2b) through a through-hole (22a) provided in a seat holder (5). A seat receiving surface (13a) which receives the seat (4) and a seat holder receiving surface (13b) which receives the seat holder (5) are formed flush with each other, the seat receiving surface (13a) and the seat holder receiving surface (13b) constituting the bottom surface (13) of a recess (2c) in a body (2). An annular groove (14) is formed in the bottom surface of the recess (2c) in the body (2), the annular groove (14) facing the through-hole (22a) provided in the seat holder (5).
