Abstract:
In this diaphragm valve (10), an inlet-side flow path (241), in a cross-sectional view at the center in the width direction Y of a flow path (24), is formed by a first flow path forming surface (35) provided on an opening (31a) side, and a second flow path forming surface (36) provided on the opposite side to the opening (31a). An inlet-side inflection point (36a), which is the inflection point on a line in a cross-sectional view of the second flow path forming surface (36), is arranged further toward an outlet (24b) side than an inlet-side contact point (31d) which is the intersection in a cross-sectional view between an inlet (24a)-side inner circumferential surface (31c) of the opening (31a) and the first flow path forming surface (35). The inlet-side contact point (31d) is arranged further toward the opening (31a) side than the inlet-side inflection point (36a). An angle θ1 in the cross-sectional view formed by the first flow path forming surface (35) that forms the inlet-side contact point (31d) and the inlet (24a)-side inner circumferential surface (31c) of the opening (31a), satisfies the expression 0°<θ1≤90°.
