Abstract:

A compound represented by formula (I) or a salt thereof; and a pest control agent which contains, as an active ingredient, at least one substance selected from the group consisting of compounds represented by formula (I) and salts thereof. In particular, the pest control agent is an insecticide or acaricide, an ectoparasite control agent or endoparasite control agent, or a pesticide. In formula (I), R1 and R2 each independently represent a hydrogen atom, an (un)substituted C1-6 alkyl group, etc., and when R2 is a hydrogen atom, then R1 is an (un)substituted C6-10 aryl group or an (un)substituted three- to six-membered heterocyclyl group; R3 represents a C1-6 alkylthio group, etc.; R4 and R5 each independently represent a hydrogen atom, a halogen radical, etc.; and Ar represents an (un)substituted C6-10 aryl group or an (un)substituted five- or six-membered heteroaryl group.
