Abstract:
Disclosed is a deformable dice toy which allows games to move forward and makes game play more fun. The dice toy (100), which assumes a first conformation, a cube, by means of six main thin plates (102, 107), has connection parts (110) which allow rotational movement of any two neighboring main thin plates relative to one another. The connection parts (110) have an elastic member (115) which biases the main thin plates to open away from the cube. Main character shape members are arranged on at least one of the aforementioned six main thin plates. An engaging means maintains the first conformation against the elastic force of the elastic member disposed on the aforementioned connection parts. In the first conformation, the main character conformation members are stored internally, and when an outside pressing force is exerted on one of the aforementioned main thin plates, the aforementioned engaging means releases and the main thin plates turn so as to open, expanding into the second conformation and allowing the main character to appear.
