Abstract:
A dichroic mirror array in which a plurality of dichroic mirrors are arrayed. The width, thickness, material quality, slope, interval, and difference in level of the dichroic mirrors are made to satisfy a prescribed relationship, and, as a result, the dichroic mirror array is smaller, reduces optical path length, and also enlarges aperture width.
