Abstract:
A plaster comprising at least a medical agent layer, a base layer and a support, characterized in that diclofenac or its salt is contained in the medical agent layer, and that the medical agent layer has a pH value adjusted so as to be higher than that of the base layer. This plaster contains a diclofenac compound as an active ingredient and, even when the amount of medical agent per area is small, exhibits high percutaneous absorption efficiency whose change with time is slight.
