Abstract:
Provided is a die assembly for producing a prefabricated part, comprising a production platform (1), a bottom die (2), an outer vertical die (3), an inner vertical die (4) and an inner angle die (5), the bottom of the outer vertical die (3) is hinged with the production platform (1), the inner vertical die (4) and the inner angle die (5) are movably arranged relative to the production platform (1), the bottom die (2) is fixedly connected with the production platform (1); when being in the production state, the outer vertical die (3), the inner vertical die (4) and the inner angle die (5) are in a vertical state; the bottom of the outer vertical die (3) and the bottoms of the inner vertical die (4) and the inner angle die (5) are respectively abutted to the outer side and the inner side of the bottom die (2), the space among the outer vertical die (3), the inner vertical die (4) and the inner angle die (5) are used for forming the prefabricated part; when being in the die releasing state, the outer vertical die (3) is in an outward opening state, the inner vertical die (4) and the inner angle die (5) do not abut to the bottom die (2). Provided is also a production method for a prefabricated part, which uses the die assembly to produce a prefabricated part. The die assembly is convenient to realize the automatic control of the die assembling and die disassembling, and improves production efficiency.
