Abstract:
Provided is a die-casting line in which individual management of each mold can be reliably performed even after sand is removed, by performing sand removal for each mold in a mold after a molten metal is supplied thereto. A die-casting line comprises a molding board carriage for conveying a mold; a mold conveying receptacle provided on the molding board carriage, which receives therein one mold and which is provided with a sand removing grid at a bottom of the mold conveying receptacle; a sand removing device which is adapted to cause the cast sand to fall from the mold conveying receptacle by vibrating the mold conveying receptacle; and a transfer device which moves the mold conveying receptacle in which the mold has been received to the sand removing device and transfers the mold conveying receptacle from which the sand has been removed onto the molding board carriage.
