Abstract:
A die clamping device (16) for an injection molding machine (10) comprises: a ball screw (26e) that is rotated by a motor (26a); a crosshead (28) that is disposed between a rear platen (22) and a movable platen (24) and moves along the axial direction of a tie-bar (34) via the rotation of the ball screw; a toggle link (30) that moves along the axial direction of the movable platen in accordance with the movement of the crosshead; and a crosshead pressing mechanism (PM) that presses the crosshead such that the crosshead moves toward the rear platen side.
