Abstract:

A die coater inspection device according to an embodiment of the present invention for solving the above problem is a device for inspecting a die coater which comprises a first die, a second die, and a shim formed between the first die and the second die. The device comprises: a rail formed long in the longitudinal direction of the die coater and fixed to one surface of the first die; and at least one sensor assembly that moves along the rail and inspects the shim or a nip of the die coater. The sensor assembly includes: a moving part that moves along the rail in the longitudinal direction of the die coater; and a sensor module that is connected to the moving part, moves in the thickness direction of the die coater, and inspects the nip or the shim.
