Abstract:
Provided are a die-cutting and lamination system and method. The system comprises an unreeling mechanism, an electrode reel cutting-off mechanism, a preheating and rolling apparatus, a detection device, a diaphragm cutting-off mechanism and a lamination device, wherein a negative electrode cutting-off mechanism cooperates with a negative electrode unreeling mechanism and cuts a negative electrode sheet, and a positive electrode cutting-off mechanism cooperates with a positive electrode unreeling mechanism and cuts a positive electrode sheet, such that a lamination is obtained where the negative electrode sheet and the positive electrode sheet are alternately distributed on the upper and lower sides of a diaphragm; the preheating and rolling apparatus enables the positive electrode sheet and the negative electrode sheet of the lamination to be respectively bonded to the diaphragm; the detection device detects whether a defect is present in a laminated sheet; the first diaphragm cutting-off mechanism cuts off and discharges, in pairs, laminated sheet units with defects, and the second diaphragm cutting-off mechanism performs diaphragm cutting-off on the last qualified laminated sheet unit on the basis of the layer number of the laminated sheet; and the lamination device enables a positive electrode laminated sheet unit and a negative electrode laminated sheet unit to be alternately stacked.
