Provided are a die, a molding device, and a method for producing foam molded body, such that it is possible at the time of foam molding to more reliably prevent, with a non-air-permeable member, foamed resin from entering into a vent hole and to sufficiently discharge gas in a cavity from the vent hole to the outside of the cavity, and further possible to provide a foam molded body with better design. The inner surface of a cavity (4) of a die (1) is provided with a vent hole (5) to discharge the gas in the cavity (4) to the outside of the cavity (4). An air-permeable member (6) is arranged in the cavity (4) of the die (1) so as to cover the vent hole (5), and a non-air-permeable member (8) is arranged on the vent hole (5) side of the air-permeable member (6) so that the non-air-permeable member (8) faces the vent hole (5). At least a portion of the vent hole (5), the portion extending from an intermediate part in the axial direction to the cavity (4) side, is a tapered portion (5a) with a diameter that increases toward the cavity (4) side.
