Abstract:
A die for molding a honeycomb structure body, having a large number of molding
grooves for molding a material into a honeycomb structure. The shape of the outer
edge of the surface in which the molding grooves are formed is a polygon having
six or more vertices in a plan view of the surface. Also, the outer peripheral
edge of the surface in which the molding grooves are formed and the molding grooves
cross each other at an angle of 30˚ or more.
