Abstract:
Provided is a die for molding a revetment block which is provided with at least three branch portions radially suspending from a side surface on the side of one end of a rod-shaped main shaft, and a tail-fin shaped projection formed on a side surface on the side of the other end of the main shaft, and which is capable of improving productivity.
A die for molding a revetment block comprises a lower die for forming an end surface at one end portion of the main shaft, a part of a side surface of the main shaft formed to continue from the end surface, lower-half side surfaces of all the branch portions, and lower-half end surfaces of the branch portions continuing from the side surfaces; and upper dies for forming upper-half side surfaces of the branch portions, a part of the side surface of the main shaft formed to continue from the side surfaces, and upper half end surfaces of the branch portions formed to continue from the upper-half side surfaces of the branch portions; wherein at least one of the upper dies is provided with a projection forming portion which is recessed for forming the projection on the side surface of the main shaft; and the upper dies are pivotally arranged through pivot axes near the end surfaces of the branch portions of the lower die on the sides which are not connected to the main shaft.
