Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing a glass ceramic dielectric body which has high dielectric constant, while having high dielectric breakdown strength. The present invention solves this problem by a glass ceramic dielectric body which is characterized by containing, in mol% relative to the total amount of substance of the composition in terms of oxides, 15.0% to 50.0% of a P2O5 component and 15.0% to 70.0% of the molar sum of (TiO2 + Nb2O5), and which is also characterized by having a dielectric constant of 25 or more at 1 kHz.
