Abstract:
[Problem] To provide: a dielectric ceramic composition which when a DC bias of 5V/μm is applied thereto, exhibits a very small capacitance change rate falling within a range of 0 to -15% and which has a relatively high dielectric constant of 1000 or more; and a dielectric element using the dielectric ceramic composition. [Solution] A dielectric ceramic composition consisting of a composite oxide represented by formula (1) {[(BisNat)a (BiuKv)bBac]1-dAd}xTi1-dNbdO3 [wherein: A is at least one element selected from among Li, Na and K; and a, b, c, d, s, t, u, v and x are respectively numbers satisfying the formulae 0.10≤a<0.95 0.00
