Abstract:
A dielectric ceramic composition for high-frequency exhibiting high specific inductive capacity &epsiv r and high Q-value and capable of arbitrarily controlling resonant frequency temperature coefficient &tgr f around 0 ppm/°C. This composition is represented by the formula xCaTiaO1+2a-yCa(Alb/2Nbc/2)O1+(3b+5c)/4-zCa(Mgd/2We/2)O1+(d+3e)/2 wherein x, y, z, a, b, c, d and e (provided that x, y and z represent molar ratios) satisfy the relationships: 0.475≤x≤0.58, 0.21≤y≤0.505, 0.018≤z≤0.25, x+y+z=1.000, 0.9≤a≤1.05, 0.9≤b≤1.1, 0.9≤c≤1.1, 0.9≤d≤1.1 and 0.9≤e≤1.05.
