Abstract:

Provided is a dielectric ceramic composition for high-frequency use represented by the composition formula ａ（Ｓｎ，Ｔｉ）Ｏ２－ｂＭｇ２ＳｉＯ４－ｃＭｇＴｉ２Ｏ５－ｄＭｇＳｉＯ３, wherein a, b, c, and d (where a, b, c, and d are mol%) are within a range of ４≦ａ≦３７, ３４≦ｂ≦９２, ２≦ｃ≦１５, and２≦ｄ≦１５, respectively, and hereａ＋ｂ＋ｃ＋ｄ＝１００. The dielectric ceramic composition for high-frequency use has a dielectric constant εｒ of 7.5 to 12.0, a Ｑｍ×ｆo value of 50,000 (GHz) or greater, and an absolute value of the resonance frequencyｆ。temperature correlation τｆ of 30 ppm/°C or less.
