Abstract:
Provided is a dielectric ceramic which has low variation of electrostatic capacitance with temperature, and has good reliability after moisture resistance loading tests even when used in capacitors for medium-to-high-voltage applications. This ceramic is characterized by having, as a main component, a Ba- and Ti-containing Perovskite-type compound and by containing, per 100 parts by mole of Ti content, 0.15-3 parts by mole of Re1 (Re1 being at least one of elements La and Nd), 0.1-3 parts by mole of Y, 0.3-13 parts by mole of Mg, and 0.01-5 parts by mole of Fe.
