Abstract:
Provided is a dielectric drying method, wherein a plurality of ceramic compacts 10 placed side by side in a direction perpendicular to the transport direction L on the upper surface of a drying cradle 20 are transported between an upper electrode 130 and a lower electrode 140, and a high frequency is applied between the electrodes to dry the ceramic compacts 10. In the direction perpendicular to the transport direction L of the ceramic compacts 10, the distance between the electrodes in two end regions B sandwiching a central region A is shorter than the distance between the electrodes in the central region A.
