Abstract:

This dielectric film comprises an elastomer and metal oxide particles having particle diameters of 100 nm or less, said metal oxide particles being chemically bonded to the elastomer and dispersed in the elastomer in the state of primary particles. This method for producing a dielectric film comprises: a chelating step wherein a chelated product of an organic metal compound is obtained by adding a chelating agent to the organic metal compound; a sol production step wherein an organic solvent and water are added to the chelated product so that a sol of metal oxide particles is obtained by a hydrolysis reaction of the organic metal compound; a mixed liquid preparation step wherein a mixed liquid is prepared by mixing the sol of the metal oxide particles with a polymer solution that contains a rubber polymer having a functional group that is reactive with a hydroxyl group; and a film formation step wherein a dielectric film is obtained by coating the mixed liquid over a base and curing the coating film.
