Abstract:
Disclosed is a dielectric material sheet which comprises a 5-30 μm thick sheet formed by drying a coating film produced from a coating solution which comprises a resin and a natural graphite powder having an average particle diameter of 10 μm or less. Preferably, the dielectric material sheet is produced from a coating solution which comprises a resin, a natural graphite powder having an average particle diameter of 10 μm or less and a solvent, wherein the ratio of the content of the natural graphite powder to the content of the resin is more than 5 vol% and not more than 20 vol% and the total content of the resin and the natural graphite powder is 10 to 55 wt% in the coating solution.
