Abstract:
This dielectric spectroscopic sensor comprises a transmission line (11), and a quasi-coaxial structure (12) which is connected to the transmission line (11) and which has a first opening portion having a first opening diameter. A characteristic impedance of the transmission line (11) has the same characteristic impedance as a connecting portion of a dielectric spectroscopy system. Furthermore, the dielectric spectroscopic sensor is provided with an opening diameter adjusting portion (13) which is connected to the quasi-coaxial structure (12), one end portion of which has a predetermined characteristic impedance, and another end portion of which is a second opening portion having a second opening diameter different from the first opening diameter.
