Abstract:
A pixel circuit 21 according to the present invention is provided with a differential amplifier 51, an NMOS transistor 56 and an NMOS transistor 57. The differential amplifier 51 comprises a non-inverting input terminal 61, an inverting input terminal 62 and an output terminal 63. The differential amplifier 51 is provided with: an input differential pair 66 which comprises NMOS transistors 71, 72; a current mirror pair 67 which comprises PMOS transistors 73, 74; and a constant current source 68 which comprises an NMOS transistor 75. The respective threshold voltages of the NMOS transistors 71, 72 are higher than the threshold voltage of the NMOS transistor 75. Alternatively, the respective threshold voltages of the NMOS transistors 71, 72 are higher than the threshold voltages of the other NMOS transistors. Consequently, the present invention enables the achievement of: a differential amplifier which enables pixel circuits to have a narrower pitch, while being able to be suppressed in decrease of the output range; a pixel circuit; and a solid-state imaging device.
