Abstract:
In the present invention, a class E amplifier amplifies a differential signal. A power supply voltage is supplied from a power supply terminal. Two output nodes of the class E amplifier are connected to the power supply terminal via at least one choke inductor. The class E amplifier includes two transistors. The bases or gates of the respective transistors are connected to two input nodes of the class E amplifier, and the collectors or drains thereof are connected to the two output nodes of the class E amplifier. A first capacitor is connected between the collector or drain of each of the two transistors and the emitter or source thereof. A first inductor is connected between the collector or drain of one transistor of the two transistors and the collector or drain of the other transistor.
