Abstract:
Provided is a differential protection determination method, suitable for a multi-end T-connection transmission line, and comprising: sampling all phase currents, and calculating a maximum fault component current Δİmax of each phase current amplitude, each phase differential current Icd, each phase brake current Ires and a vector sum ΔİΣ of fault component currents, except Δİmax, of all the phase currents; comparing the maximum fault component current Δİmax in each phase current amplitude with a threshold set value Imax 0, according to a comparison result, determining a value of a brake coefficient K corresponding to each phase current amplitude, and according to the differential current Icd and the brake current Ires in each phase current amplitude, performing differential determination according to a differential determination formula, and when a target phase differential current Icd satisfies the differential determination formula, determining that a fault is present in an area of a target phase.
