Abstract:
A differential traveling roller driven by a built-in outer rotor motor. The differential traveling roller comprises a left roller (1), a right roller (2), or a middle roller (12), a supporting shaft (3), a driving device and a sealing device. The supporting shaft (3) is provided on the axis of the left roller (1) and the axis of the right roller (2); the inner walls of the left roller (1) and the right roller (2) are respectively connected to supporting plates (11); notches (111) for dust to flow out are formed in the outer rings of the supporting plates (11); the driving device comprises an outer rotor motor (4) sleeved on the supporting shaft (3); transmission devices are provided between end cover bases (5) at two ends of an outer rotor body (41) of the outer rotor motor and the support plates (11), pawl members (6) of the transmission devices are sleeved and fixed on the end cover bases (5) or planetary gears (6A) are fixedly provided on the outer rotor body (41), and ratchet members (7) or passive gears (7A) are connected to the supporting plates (11); the sealing device is mounted between the left supporting plate and the right supporting plate, left and right supporting sealing plates (9) are mounted on the supporting shaft (3) at the ends of the left roller and the right roller, and flat positions are provided at the ends of the supporting shaft (3). The differential travelling roller uses an outer rotor motor to integrate some of the transmission devices on the outer rotor body of the motor, and the sealing structure is built in, so that the purposes of travelling and steering are achieved.
