Abstract:
Disclosed is a differential-type high-speed track defect inspection method combining magnetic flux leakage and eddy current. A detection probe used in the method comprises a magnetic yoke (1), a magnetic yoke coil (2), and a differential detection coil (3), wherein a direct current is first applied to the magnetic yoke coil (2) to form a magnetostatic field to make a tested object (4) magnetically saturated; then single-frequency alternating-current excitation is applied to the differential detection coil (3) when the tested object (4) is in a magnetically saturated state; and a bridge circuit detects a magnetic flux leakage signal and an eddy current signal. According to the method, a differential magnetic flux leakage signal and a differential eddy current signal are obtained by means of signal processing on the basis of fusion of a magnetic flux leakage detection method and an eddy current detection method, and the two signals are compared and the difference therebetween is analyzed, thereby distinguishing surface defects from buried defects. The method has the advantages of being non-contact, easy to implement, easy to operate and high in detection efficiency, and is applicable to defect classification during online real-time inspection of a high-speed track.
