A diffractive optical element. An optical surface of the diffractive optical element is composed of several consecutive three-dimensional curved face units; parallel coherent light is incident onto the optical surface thereof and produces a diffractive pattern constituted by multiple diffraction orders; and the angle of the diffractive optical device is enlarged. Furthermore, also provided is an optical device comprising the diffractive optical element.
