Abstract:
A diffractive optical element (22, 33), used for a structured light projection module (11). The structured light projection module (11) comprises: a light source (31), comprising a plurality of sub light sources (311, 312, 313) which are arranged in a two-dimensional array, and are used for emitting a two-dimensional pattern beam (21) consistent with the two-dimensional array; the diffractive optical element (22, 33), receiving the two-dimensional pattern beam (21), and generating multistage diffractive beams; the diffractive optical element (22, 33) is configured to project a plurality of two-dimensional pattern beams which do not overlap each other, each of the two-dimensional pattern beams creating a corresponding duplicated pattern (361, 362, 363), a plurality of not-overlapped duplicated patterns (361, 362, 363) forming a spot pattern (24) having a uniformly distributed density. A method using the diffractive optical element (22, 33) to prepare the structured light projection module (11). By preparing the diffractive optical element (22, 33) for the structured light projection module (11), the present invention can project, under the condition of satisfying irrelevance, the combined spot pattern (24) having a uniformly distributed density.
